Petit Hotel Provence Gramado

This budget-friendly hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the staff, although limited in their language skills, were helpful and accommodating. the parking lot provided ample space for our rental car, giving us peace of mind during our stay. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options to start our day off right.

The room size was quite small, lacking a computer desk and comfortable seating.

Location is good and personnel is ATTENTIVE. Gramado City Centre is a district that deserves exploring. Room met expectations.

Quick room service. The area contains some restaurants like Bar e Lancheria Brezolla within 10 minutes' walk. The hotel was located easy walk to Clube da Crianca and other tourist attractions.

The staff were helpful despite the language barrier. There was always parking available. I could walk to the city center.

The room was tiny and we barely had space to move around, let alone sit comfortably. the window was facing a crowded street so it was noisy and we didn't get a good night's sleep.
